The Divine envoy Luis Antonio Soto Romero was born in the province of Tocopilla, in the 2nd Region of Antofagasta (Chile) on November 26, 1931. His parents were named Desiderio Soto Carreño and Celinda Romero de Soto; since he was 7 years old, he began to have Universal Telepathic Communication and Dictation with God and the Flying Saucers. He perceived Vibrations of electric current in the body, in which there were creatures from Alpha and Omega of the Trino Galaxy. This increased as time went by.
He wrote a dictation, where he was given the choice by virtue of human free will between two paths: To continue in his free conception or to be at the Orders of God, in the Scripture; it was a choice where he chooses to stay with what is his, because it is eternal. It is from the age of 12 that he begins to work, with part of his experiences still unknown.
In the year 1961, he turned 30 years old and began to visualize clear ideas or mental images, meaning that along with the Dictation, scenes were projected to him, just like a color movie; among those images, he made contact with a Superior Character whom he identifies by the name of: THE FATHER JEHOVAH, who presented himself daily to talk to him about facts that human science has not been able to explain until now and principles that could prevent the extinction of the human race. There was no specific time, day, or place to receive his Revelations.
During his life, he worked as a Crew Member on a ship, but due to an accident he suffered, he had to leave these tasks, and later he experienced different physical and spiritual tests, beginning the mission entrusted by God to make the New Doctrine known.
In February 1970, he arrived in Arica and was invited to a meeting of 14 people where there were: A representative of Freemasonry, of the Rosicrucians, of the intelligence service, a priest, a psychiatrist, a hypnotist, a Spanish professor from the University of the North, etc., in which they had him surrounded in a circle where they began to interrogate him and ask him questions.
In this meeting, he spoke about the presence of flying saucers, about the present and future of humanity, the announcement of the triumph of a socialist president, who would later be assassinated and that there would be an uprising in Chile, announcing a cataclysm for Arica and for the South of Peru. He also affirmed that thousands of years ago, beings from other worlds had arrived on Earth and talked about many other topics related to the Bible.
Later, he worked in the industrial zone, in industries such as: The Scrap Recovery Industry, in a Mechanical Workshop, in electricity having worked at Electrón Chilena (Component Industry) as a Technician specialized in Electronics and worked for several years at channel 3 of Antofagasta.
In 1971, he traveled to Santiago to contact the Dalai Lamas, visited the Quimantu Publishing House and the Institute of Spiritual Extension with the purpose of making Telepathic Writing known and leaving the writings for publication.
On September 11, 1973, the coup d’état took place in Chile, against the Socialist President Salvador Allende and due to the persecution carried out by the fascist and sinister forces of Pinochet, Luis Soto Romero was forced to leave Chile. In 1974, he left the Chilean flock and entered Peru, and in May of the same year, at the age of 43, he obtained his first journalistic interview in the Correo de Tacna; where he became known as: SEER WHO CLAIMS TO SPEAK WITH GOD IS IN TACNA, LUIS ANTONIO SOTO ROMERO: TELEPATHIC ORDERS REVEAL TO CORREO; CLAIMS TO HAVE WRITTEN 3000 SHEETS ON JEHOVAH’S DICTATIONS, where he explains his experiences and answers some questions.
In June in the same newspaper, he obtains another interview as: DIVINE REVELATIONS ANNOUNCED IN GRAN UNIDAD ZELA: LAMB OF GOD; where he makes the Telepathic Scrolls available to the public, exhibiting them for the first time in the Auditorium Hall of the Gran Unidad Escolar: Francisco Antonio de Zela from 8 in the morning until 7 at night, announcing that he will give numerous conferences in this same venue.
In August 1975, he arrived in the city of Lima as a tourist, staying until September (for only one week) attending the invitation of the Kosmos Publishing House and where he gave a conference in a district of Lima; but he had to stay because he decided to publish two books that will be titled: HOW TO BUILD A FLYING SAUCER, DICTATED BY JEHOVAH and THE ORIGIN OF MOLECULES; whose originals he was writing here and in October of that year he obtained an interview in the newspaper OJO as: CHILEAN TELEPATH, LUIS SOTO, REVEALS TO SUPPLEMENT: ORIGIN OF FLYING SAUCERS, where he reveals the content of the messages of the Scrolls, announcing that capitalism has very little time left, beginning its decline from the year 2000.
He also predicts that his writings will spread throughout the world as: THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB, CELESTIAL SCIENCE or TELEPATHIC WRITING as requested by the world of the test (the earth), to know THE REVELATION OF GOD about The Origin of Things, The Final Judgment, etc.
In November 1975, he obtained another interview in the magazine Sucesos as: STRANGE TELEPATH ASTOUNDS IN LIMA: GUIDED BY JEHOVAH, WRITES A THOUSAND WORDS A DAY AND MAKES EXTRAORDINARY DRAWINGS, stating that the Final Judgment will be nation by nation, man by man, molecule by molecule; eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth and that it is closer than we imagine; assuring that his writings reveal what the Final Judgment will be, with which THE THIRD DOCTRINE begins, which God Jehovah initiates in the Peruvian flock. He also maintains that THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB are prophesied in the Bible.
He gives conferences at the Peruvian Institute of Interplanetary Relations: I.P.R.I (where UFOs are studied) and in various spiritual institutions, speaking for up to seven hours straight, explaining his Revelations.
In January 1976, in the magazine Quien, he obtained an interview as: ILLUMINATED WHO SPEAKS WITH GOD IS IN LIMA, revealing his experiences since the age of 7; explaining his mission and answering some questions; announcing that a Final Judgment of hard trials will come, beginning with a DOCTRINE that will be made known to the last creature. It will be The Era of Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth; it will be called: THE INTELLECTUAL JUDGMENT OF GOD, in which the Origin of all Things will be explained; then will follow The Judgment of Fire or Solar Judgment.
In February 1977, in the newspaper El Comercio, he obtained an interview as: THE OTHER MESSENGER OF JEHOVAH. LUIS SOTO ROMERO CHILEAN, WRITES ON ROLLS OF PAPER WHAT HE CLAIMS GOD DICTATES TO HIM, where he reveals his telepathic communications; how he began to hear Jehovah’s voice and the messages he received, announcing that the Divine Final Judgment is very close to what we imagine; he also reveals that to date, the Divine Father Jehovah has dictated around 4,000 Scrolls to him and that he dictated one to two Scrolls daily.
In June 1977, in the newspaper Ultima Hora, he obtained another interview: UFOS HAVE SEVERAL BASES IN PERU, SAYS SEER, assuring that UFOs come from other galaxies and have bases on our planet; affirming that in Peru they have chosen Chanchamayo, Nazca, Lake Titicaca, and especially the Pacific Ocean. He also assures that UFOs have been on Earth since before man appeared, they have very advanced Science and are constituted by Solar Hierarchies, which is why man has seen UFOs of different shapes; he also revealed that in 300 Scrolls they refer to Flying Saucers, which he calls: A NEW UNIVERSAL ALPHABET with characters based on geometry, similar to the Chinese, and explained the mission of the Crew Members of the Flying Saucers.
-Part of his mission entrusted by Jehovah consists of 10,000 Scrolls (measuring approx. 1.10 x 0.75 cm.), of which by October 1978 he had written around 4,000 Scrolls; of which 300 scrolls had been sent to the Institute of Spiritual Extension in Santiago de Chile, about 2,000 are in Tibet and the rest circulate through different cities in America.
-THE CONSTRUCTION OF FLYING SAUCERS will be explained in 300 Scrolls, this being not the limit but the beginning.
-THE TELEPATHIC TRANSLATION OF THE HOLY SCRIPTURES will be explained in 6,000 Scrolls, in which each Scroll represents a Parable of the Gospel.
-THE ORIGIN OF MATTER will be explained in 3,000 Telepathic Scrolls, to which is added the topic titled: THINGS AND LAWS SEEN IN THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, which will dazzle the human race.
The messages he received will be known to the world as: THE REVELATIONS OF THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB OF GOD, THE DOCTRINE OF THE LAMB OF GOD, CELESTIAL SCIENCE or TELEPATHIC WRITING; THE SCROLLS OF THE APOCALYPSE, THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB OF GOD, THE INTELLECTUAL JUDGMENT OF GOD FOR THIS GENERATION, etc.
The Author of THE SCROLLS OF THE LAMB OF GOD, Brother Luis -as he was called- already known by the pseudonym ALPHA AND OMEGA, was temporarily housed in different places in Lima and was helped by numerous friends while he managed to settle in Peru. He gave conferences where he was invited and continued writing the Telepathic Scrolls, making them known by all existing means. He remained in Lima until October 2, 1978, expressing his desire that the New Doctrine be known by all human beings on the planet; it was also the will of the Author himself that his Divine Work not be commercialized.
In this way, the Master ALPHA AND OMEGA has given a PLANETARY DOCTRINE, which will bring JUSTICE to the humble of the world; he fulfilled in testing human beings, going almost unnoticed by the great and powerful of this world; asserting that this THIRD DOCTRINE was requested by all humanity, just as the Mosaic and Christian Doctrines were requested and that now the DOCTRINE OF THE LAMB OF GOD represents for the world THE INTELLECTUAL JUDGMENT, the beginning of the FINAL JUDGMENT and will be the only Doctrine that explains how all things were made; because before being judged, humanity asked the Father to know the cause of all causes.
